Data we collect

When you create an account or log in via Discord, we receive your username (and your Discord ID + avatar if you use that method). When you place an order, we record the chosen plan, the amount in euros and in cryptocurrency, the payment method, and the blockchain transaction ID once detected. These transaction IDs are public data from the relevant blockchain, which we look up via public explorers to automate service activation.

How we use your data

  • Identify your account and link it to your orders/services
  • Provide support and manage payments
  • Prevent fraud and abuse

Cookies and sessions

A session cookie is used solely to keep you logged in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used on this site.

Retention

Account and order data is kept for as long as your account is active, or as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Data sharing

No data is sold or shared with third parties, except providers strictly necessary for the service to operate (e.g. hosting infrastructure).

Your rights

In accordance with GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us on our Discord server.
