These Terms govern the sale of hosting services (VPS, game servers, Discord bots, web hosting, dedicated servers) offered by Hosting Guard on hosting-guard.cloud.
Orders are placed from the Client Area after logging in with an account or via Discord. Selecting a plan and a payment method constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Payment can be made in cryptocurrency (BTC, LTC, ETH, SOL) to the address shown at checkout, or via PayPal (Friends & Family only) to the email address shown at checkout. The order is marked "pending" until payment is confirmed.
Cryptocurrency payments are monitored automatically by our system. As soon as a transaction matching the exact amount shown is detected on the network, the order moves to "Paid — pending delivery" in the Client Area. PayPal payments are confirmed manually by our team, as PayPal Friends & Family transfers cannot be verified automatically. Actual delivery of the service (setup and configuration) is then carried out by a member of our team, usually shortly after.
Services are billed monthly. Failure to renew by the due date may result in suspension and, after a reasonable period, deletion of the service and its data.
Since cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature, no refund is possible once a service has been activated, except in cases of proven and prolonged malfunction attributable to Hosting Guard, assessed case by case via support.
Using the services for illegal purposes, to host illicit content, or to conduct malicious activity (DDoS, phishing, malware) is prohibited. Any breach results in immediate suspension without refund.
Hosting Guard strives to maintain optimal availability but cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, maintenance, or network failures beyond its control.
